Friday Favorites: Stair Runners

Happy Friday!

They say that “design is in the details” and I could not agree more! One, often overlooked, area where a small detail can really make the space is your entryway stairs.  This is an area where we can help you create a finished look and bring the style you create in the rest of your space through to the entry.  To create a truly custom look, consider going beyond wall-to-wall carpet or wood with a stair runner.  A runner will help add interest & practicality (i.e. help from slipping down the stairs in socks!).  If you are up for some fun, we love a stripe or geometric runner.  Consider tone-on-tone for creating interest but not commiting to a color scheme.  For those of you who may want to play it more “safe”, a great texture, like sisal or even paint, can be a great way to bring your sense of style to this space.  From stripes to sisal, and everything in between, here are some of our favorites.
