The project began with a desire to expand the lower level’s entertainment space, and the new layout completely reshaped how the clients viewed what this level could become. Structural beams were introduced, and mechanicals were carefully integrated into new ceiling details, allowing the lower level to open up in a way that felt both seamless and intentional.
The result is a light and airy retreat with generous storage, beautiful millwork, and layered lighting that brings a touch of glamour to the entire level. The reimagined layout now accommodates an inviting entertainment room, a flexible office or bedroom, and a well-appointed bathroom. Together, these spaces create a lower level that’s perfectly suited for guests.
