Contemporary design can be just as comfortable as it is sleek. This new construction home features large black windows throughout, bringing in abundant natural light that pairs beautifully with the spacious rooms, perfect for entertaining. Stepping inside, the showstopping stair railing immediately captures attention, accompanied by a glimpse into the kitchen where a combination of painted and stained cabinetry and waterfall-edge details sets the tone for the home’s modern aesthetic.
To complement the kitchen, we designed an asymmetrical fireplace feature wall that allows for a raised fireplace, comfortable TV viewing, and a bookcase display on the opposite side of the main-level space. Together, these elements create a cohesive, contemporary interior that feels both welcoming and thoughtfully refined.
