• How do you charge for your services?
[Answer]
We have an hourly design fee and a mark-up on any product that can be purchased through the Designer.
• Why do you have an hourly fee and a mark-up on the product?
[Answer]
The design fee is for design concepts, solutions to the problems, and advice on any purchases. When a product is ordered through the Designer, there is a great deal of time spent on producing purchase orders, ordering cuttings of fabrics and wall coverings from current stock for approval. Additionally, time is spent on coordinating deliveries and generally ensuring that the whole process runs smoothly until the item is delivered to the client. The mark-up covers this entire process and assures the clients' peace of mind.

[Answer]
Staging is the process of preparing a home for sale. When selling your home our design team incorporates a "less is more" theory to attract today's buyers. The buyer can then envision your home as their own space, with their own furnishings. The less clutter, the larger the space will appear.
Re-designing your home for everyday living by incorporating your existing possessions and then applying the best design solutions to create balance, scale and function in your existing space. Upon the completion of each re-design consultation, we will provide a detailed design plan, options for paint colors, lighting alternatives, decor ideas and sources.

• Why do I need an Interior Designer if I already have an Architect?
[Answer]
Architects and Interior Designers work very differently. Most Architects work with structure and building design and prefer not to work with details of interiors, such as kitchen and bath design, custom cabinetry and built-ins, color schemes, flooring specifications, and wall and window treatments. Designers can create a master plan for the interior of your entire home or office, which can be implemented in stages, as your budget allows. The ideal design team consists of both an Architect and an Interior Designer in order to cover all aspects of your internal spaces.
